Compensation Wizard
The Compensation wizard is an application containing 5 steps for automatically calculating pay adjustments. Step 1: Those who are to be considered for a compensation adjustment are listed in a drop down menu. Once a name is selected, this person's current base pay is displayed next to their name. Step 2: A pre-established list of ratings is presented in the next drop down list for selection. Step 3: Based on the rating selection, shares, that may also be altered manually, are displayed in a text box. Step 4: Compensation adjustment is entered in a text box and the 'Add and Calculate' button is clicked. Step 5: Bonus amount is selected from a drop down menu. Final submission of this data enters everything in a database.
