eZsurvey
eZsurvey was developed to assist clients with building customized surveys specific
to their requirements and business needs. Dulles Micro, LLC realized each business
is unique and that an 'off-the-shelf-survey' is often not the best solution for organizations. Any survey that is conducted should be customized for the company's specific employees, demographics, customer base, product line, and services. Dulles Micro, LLC has made it easy for the customer to install and implement the surveys with minimal time. There is no limit on the number of surveys that can be created, or the user base of the surveys.
eZsurvey administrators can create custom surveys with their choice of answer type,
i.e. check box, radio button, drop down list, or text box. All data is entered by
the client, from the survey name to the questions and answers, and the method of response. All of this data can be edited at any time to modify the survey. All answers are stored in a central database for viewing in a text version or Excel report.
The main advantage of eZsurvey is that it is tailorable to meet the needs of most
types of companies. It is up to the company to decide what the content for their surveys should be. eZsurvey is the building block tool used to help set up whatever type of survey the company desires. By having different types of answers available (i.e.: check boxes, text areas, radio click buttons, and drop down lists), a company's survey questions can range from simple yes or no questions, to in-depth lengthy answers. eZsurvey also generates easily viewable survey answer reports in either a text version or in an Excel report that be easily exported into other databases used by the company.
