
eZfilecabinet
eZfilecabinet is an stand-alone application developed for viewing and sharing personal
records from within other applications. This enables branding consistency while incorporating eZfilecabinet into other applications. Records are added to a central database archive and sorted by user identity prior to using eZfilecabinet. Users may log in to view their own records and subordinate (ratee) records. Users may also share their records, for a specified time, and request to view other users' records.
eZfilecabinet enables users to view documents, from its own database, electronically from within other applications to streamline business practices and access pertinent records without losing workflow continuity.

Administrators may view their own archived documents and those of their subordinates. Thay also assign file type access to Managers for specific file type maintenance.

Userscan quickly request access to records that are not immediately available by submitting a simple request form.

Users may also share personal documents by submitting an automated form indicating persons to share with and documents to be shared.
