eValuation Details
eValuation Enterprise is a customizable and tailorable commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product that provides an automated approach to performance reporting. Utilizing a virtually paperless, web enabled application, all supervisors, commanders, reporting officials, and SES will perform and submit their evaluations via the Internet. Automated reminders keep the chain of command up-to-date on the complete processing and publishing of the annual performance ratings. This evaluation application facilitates the exchange of information between employee (ratee) and supervisor (rater).

Performance Plan: The Performance
Plan is employee-driven. The employee to be rated (ratee) receives an automated message to create their performance plan which includes element weights and percentages.
- Feedback is exchanged between the ratee and their rater.

Appraisals are finalized once both the rater and ratee agree upon the evaluation

Final Review and Approval is performed by a Review Board and Supervising Official.
Realizing that paper-driven and supervisor-oriented evaluation systems were not the best way to enhance subordinates performances, the eValuation was established as an efficient and paperless web application to improve appraisal systems from this point forward. It is a fair evaluation system, with clear expectations. This system was designed to encourage open discussions and more interaction between supervisors and employees, facilitate enhanced feedback, and promote the organization's specific goals. In doing so, eValuation Enterprise has caught the attention of other federal agencies and civilian industries, and is rapidly setting a new Human Resources self-service standard.
