Supporting the Senior Leaders Management Office, Dulles Micro built the first online Performance and Development Management System (P&DMS) which was designed and automated providing an entirely new approach to performance reporting. Utilizing a virtually paperless web enabled application, all commanders, reporting officials, and SES reported on will now perform and submit their evaluations utilizing DullesMicro's
eValuation Enterprise Edition software. In July of 2005, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Certified this Automated Pay and Performance system. This was a huge step forward in government performance evaluations which have been mandated for revamping by 2007.
Our second large project for 2006 was the Air Force Competency Development Suite (AFCDS) which was developed as a web portal to utilize a single universal login allowing access to the many applications within the USAF HR community and to provide centralized access to learning and educational enhancement tools.
Our most recent Air Force project was the automization of the Uniform Board suggestion and approval system. Previously, all Airmen submitted paperwork to suggest additions, changes or deletions of uniforms or dress policies. With the new web-enabled application developed by DullesMicro, suggestions will be submitted online and the Uniform Board will approve or defer suggestions from their local computers. This will save time and expenses previously expended by the Air Force on a quarterly basis.
